Our client went for a completely new style for their open plan kitchen - a smooth light oak top with undistressed jet black carved pedestal legs. A real statement dining table with alot of presence.

It was a joy to deliver it and receive positive feedback on it being exactly what was expected and more. Not every time will a second table get better feedback than the first!

The solid oak 50mm thick table top, that was 120cm wide and weighed an absolute tonne was carefully finished with a white oil to give the oak the tone you see here.

The lighter tone ties in with the room perfectly here. There is a powerful contrast with the top and painted base, which we have left undistressed. Our hand carved pedestal base in black finishes off this cool statement kitchen/dining table.
