Our client in Wales wanted a statement table that would be able to work well with their white glossy tiled flooring and black and white themed kitchen. We suggested to do our solid wood table but with an extra special finish. We created a grey wash finish on the table top that gives a distress effect as we cut back the white colour on top to show the darker grey tones underneath. The base is one of our Pedestal Tables which we painted pitch black to offset the light colours in the room and create tonal balance.
